Who Owns the Story?
- The author keeps full ownership of their story.
- Hadithi is authorized to produce and license audio versions.
What the License Allows
Depending on the license type, the podcast may:
- Broadcast the audio story
- Stream it on podcast platforms
- Use it for a defined period
What Is NOT Allowed
- Editing or altering the story
- Re-narrating without permission
- Claiming authorship
- Sub-licensing to others
License Types
- Non-Exclusive: Multiple podcasts may license the same story
- Exclusive: Only one podcast may use the story during the license term
Credit Requirement
The podcast must credit:
“Story by [Author Name], licensed from Hadithi Studios.”
Term & Territory
- License duration: 6 months / 12 months (as agreed)
- Territory: Local / Regional / Global
Revenue Sharing
- Author receives an agreed percentage
- Hadithi manages production, licensing, and payments
Termination
- License ends automatically after the agreed term
- Violations void the license
