1. Ownership
- You retain full ownership of your story at all times.
- Hadithi does not buy your story unless a separate written agreement is signed.
2. License You Grant Hadithi
By submitting a story, you grant Hadithi a non‑exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Display your story on the platform
- Allow the community to read and vote on it
- Produce audio narration versions (if selected)
- Promote the story and its audio excerpts for marketing
This license:
- Is revocable if your story is not selected
- Is time‑limited to the period your story remains published
3. Selection & Audio Production
- Stories are selected through community voting + editorial review
- Selection does not guarantee audio production
- Hadithi may adapt length slightly for audio clarity without changing meaning
4. Revenue & Compensation
If your story is produced as audio:
- You earn [X–Y]% revenue share from net audio sales/streams
- Exact percentages are displayed before you accept production
- Payments are made quarterly, with transparent reporting
5. Film / TV / Publishing Interest
- Hadithi cannot sell your IP without your written consent
- If studios express interest:
- You are notified first
- You may accept, negotiate, or decline
- Hadithi may act as a facilitator or agent only if you opt‑in
6. Removal & Withdrawal
- You may remove your story at any time before audio production
- After audio production, removal requires 30‑day notice
7. Content Rules
Stories must:
- Be original
- Not infringe copyrights
- Avoid hate, exploitation, or harmful content
8. Governing Law
- Governed by the laws of [Tanzania / chosen jurisdiction]
