CONTENT SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

By submitting content to Hadithi (“the Platform”), you confirm that you are the original creator of the work or have the legal right to submit it.

  1. Ownership
    You retain full copyright ownership of your submitted story or script. Hadithi does not claim ownership of your work.
  2. License Granted to Hadithi
    By submitting content, you grant Hadithi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
  • Publish and display the content on the Hadithi website
  • Edit formatting for presentation (without altering meaning)
  • Adapt the content into audio, narration, or radio play formats
  • Distribute selected audio versions through the Hadithi Podcast
  • Promote the content for cultural, educational, and discovery purposes

This license does not prevent you from publishing your work elsewhere.

  1. Editorial Selection
    Submission does not guarantee publication, audio production, or podcast selection. All selections are editorial.
  2. Licensing & Commercial Use
    Commercial licensing (radio, broadcast, paid distribution) will only occur with author consent and under separate licensing terms.
  3. Originality & Responsibility
    You confirm that the content is original and does not infringe on the rights of others. You are responsible for any legal claims arising from your submission.
  4. Removal
    You may request removal of your content at any time. Audio or licensed versions already distributed may remain available as agreed.
